Make sure the fit of your shirt is correct by following these three universally applicable rules.

To get the right size, you should be able to comfortably insert a finger between your neck and the fabric of the shirt collar.
The latter should graze the skin without squeezing.

The shoulder seams of the shirt should be positioned at the point where the upper arm meets the shoulder.
If the seam goes beyond that, it means that the shoulder is too big. If it goes before, then it is too small.

Shirt sleeves should end 2 cm after the wrist bone.
As for the size of the cuff, you should be able to comfortably fit a finger between your skin and the fabric but without any gap.
